Latest FINTRAC & CASL (Anti-Spam) Legislation

This seminar teaches what you need to know to comply with all FINTRAC and Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). The FINTRAC portion will address staff, salespeople, and broker training required, how to document the training, what internal policies are needed, as well as how to prepare a risk assessment.
